Kunshan Youlide Energy Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2006 (formerly Texaco Gasification Services Co., Ltd., a 50:50 joint venture between US Texaco and the National Engineering Research Center for Coal-Water Slurry Gasification & Coal Chemical Engineering), is based in Kunshan, Yangtze River Delta. With RMB 19.618 million in registered capital, the company is a high-tech enterprise and a qualified supplier to PetroChina, Sinopec, the National Energy Group, and Shanghai Wison. We manufacture high-temperature thermocouples compliant with GB, ASTM, and EN standards. Our flagship WRBB series—authorized by US Texaco and produced using patented technology, is designed for fluidized bed partial oxidation (POX) gasifiers. Three models are available: WRBB-S for solid feed (coal/coke), WRBB-O for liquid feed (heavy oil), and WRBB-G for natural gas feed.

原料精选：生产起始于原料精选，采用日本进口高纯度刚玉粉（Al₂O₃含量99.7%），确保原材料的高品质，为产品性能奠定基础。

关键烧结工艺：热电偶套管采用特制的专用材料，经过1600℃以上的高温烧结工艺制成。这一烧结过程对产品性能的塑造具有关键性作用，每一个环节均需严格把控。

充足产能支撑：公司拥有先进的生产和检测设备，具备年生产700/台/套的能力，设计产能可达1200台/套/年，稳定的产能能够满足市场的多样需求，出厂合格率达100%。

Premium Raw Materials: Made from Japanese-imported high-purity corundum powder (99.7% Al₂O₃), ensuring high-quality raw materials and laying the foundation for product performance.

Key Sintering Process: Thermocouple sleeves are made from specially formulated materials and sintered at temperatures above 1600°C. This critical process is strictly controlled at every step to ensure product performance.

Robust Production Capacity: Equipped with advanced production and testing equipment, we maintain an annual output of 700 units/sets, with a designed capacity of up to 1,200 units/sets. Our stable capacity ensures reliable supply with a 100% factory pass rate.
